Founded in 1976 as Conseillers en Gestion et Informatique, CGI is the eighth largest independent firm of its kind in the world,[1] employing approximately 25,500 employees in over 100 offices in 16 countries.[2] Canada's largest IT services company, fifth largest technology company, and 83rd largest company based on revenue, CGI employs around 16,500 individuals in Canada.[3]
